Welcome Back BBQ

Join us for our annual Welcome Back BBQ hosted by the School Councils of Elbow Valley Elementary and Springbank Middle School

DATE: Thursday, September 11

TIME: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

LOCATION: The field between the two schools

BRING: You are welcome to bring chairs, and please bring your own water bottles to create less waste

We welcome and will require volunteers to help make this event a success. The sign up genius link for volunteer positions will be forthcoming. Thank you in advance.

Our School Council will also be collecting gently used winter outerwear the evening of the BBQ.

Please bring gently used (good condition) jackets, snow pants, scarfs, gloves, hats and boots. Please drop off these clean and bagged items at the BBQ on Thursday, September 11, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. 

The items will be donated to the Children's Cottage Society for children in need of outerwear this winter. Thank you in advance for helping to keep children in our greater community warm throughout the winter!
